Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to “www.elitelist.io” and “Elite List” mobile portal or websites, mobile applications, Elite List profiles on social media sites, and any other digital services and platforms officially operated or used by Elite List (the “Portal” “Sites” or “Services”). This Privacy Policy governs how data is collected, secured, used, and shared. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to “Elite List” include “The Elite List, INC.” and “www.elite.io” and its related Portals, Sites, and Services. Elite List is an online marketplace. By using Elite List, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, and are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Collection of your Personal Information
Elite List may collect personally identifiable information such as your name and/or contact information. Elite List may also request additional information such as that typically found in a resume or other documents relevant for purposes of seeking employment, as well as a login ID and password for those registering to use Elite List. If you purchase Elite List’s products and/or services, Elite List collects your billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Elite List may gather additional personal or non-personal information from you in the future. We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as state licensing agencies.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Elite List. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Elite List. Any client material that is uploaded to Elite List will remain the property of the user. Such information shall also remain confidential and be accessible only to users who own or have been chosen to work on the campaign. However, all other information collected by Elite List shall be owned by Elite List and will be used for making users’ experience with Elite List more effective, personalized, and efficient.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Elite List’s portal, that information may be collected, read, and/or used by others. Elite List is not responsible for any personal information that you submit on the portal. If you wish to have any of your personal information removed from the portal, send Elite List such a request via email to: [email protected]
While Elite List will try to have such information removed, please be aware that it may not be possible for Elite List to do so in every instance. If Elite List is unable to remove the information, Elite List will contact you.
When using Elite List, there may be links to other websites. Elite List encourages you to review the privacy statements of those websites that you choose to link to from Elite List so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. Elite List is not responsible for the privacy policies, privacy practices, or any other content on websites outside of Elite List.
Use of your Personal Information
Elite List collects and uses your personal information to operate Elite List’s website(s) and to deliver the services you have requested.
To personalize your user experience, Elite List may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other services available from Elite List and Elite List’s clients. Elite List may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinions of current services and/or potential new services that may be offered.
Elite List does not sell, rent or lease Elite List’s customer lists to third parties.
Elite List may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique, personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to: your email address, name, mailing address, and telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Elite List may share data with external business partners to help perform statistical analyses, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Modifying Your Personal Information
Because Elite List values the privacy of your personal information, you are entitled to review what personal information may have been collected from you through using Elite List. To make this request, or if you would like to change or delete any of your

Use of Cookies
Elite List may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. For example, if you personalize Elite List pages or register with either Elite List or Elite List’s services, a cookie helps Elite List to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information such as your billing address, shipping address, etc. Thus, when you return to Elite List, the information you previously provided can be retrieved so that you can easily use the Elite List features that you customized.

If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Elite List services or websites that you visit.
Security of your Personal Information

Children Under Thirteen
Elite List does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Elite List.
Disconnecting your Elite List Account from Third Party Websites
You will be able to connect your Elite List account to third-party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR ELITE LIST ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT(S), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER,
DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third-party account at any time. Users of Elite List may learn how to disconnect their accounts from third-party websites by visiting their respective “My Account” page. Users of Elite List may also contact Elite List via email or telephone.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
Elite List respects your privacy and thus gives you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users of Elite List may opt-out of receiving communications from Elite List by: (1) Clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in email communications; or (2) Sending an opt-out request via email to [email protected]
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Elite List may occasionally amend this Privacy Policy. Elite List has the right to make any amendment(s) to this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Any amendment(s) made will be included within this Privacy Policy and will be denoted by either: (1) The “Effective” date listed at the end of this Privacy Policy; or (2) By an email communication. By using Elite List after any amendment(s) is/are made to this Privacy Policy, you consent to the terms of the revised Privacy Policy as modified. Elite List encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy in order to be informed of how Elite List is protecting your information.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, or other sites linked from our service. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies or other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.
